his pose continues to be a lovely challenge for me because its a real hip and groin opener and boy do I feel it! I love how good and warm my hips feel after holding this pose for a while and I’ve really noticed a huge improvement in other related poses and more importantly in the reduction of tightness and pain in my lower back and hips.

Breathing techniques are utterly essential while doing Fire Log and to maximise your experience keep your thoughts open and encouraging. Steady breathing combined with an open mind can offer you an overwhelming sense of stillness, calmness and a sense of achievement. When done correctly this pose is great for relieving tension, stress and anxiety.

Agnistambhana challenges the body and mind in so many ways.
