Join me for four weeks of Yoga and Fitness. Choose the 3 day per week option and enjoy two outdoor fitness sessions and one Yoga session or even better, go the full Monty and join for 5 days - 3 days of Yoga and two Fitness sessions per week.

Fitness sessions are outdoors (weather permitting) and include circuits, cardio, strength, endurance, plyometric and much more! We make it challenging, supportive and fun (because when you laugh you get even better results). All levels of fitness welcome, there is something for everyone and no one gets left behind and no one will go unchallenged. The course starts and ends with a fitness assessment and results are guaranteed - else you get your money back! The Yoga classes work to balance, stretch and restore mind, body and spirit.

Lumala Yoga will be hosting two Detox and Yoga courses in Nottingham Road in 2016. Join me on this challenging journey into health and wellbeing with daily yoga sessions, yogic eating and daily Ayurvedic rituals to get you clean and lean from the inside and out. Select to undertake a juice detox, choose additional supplements or health and beauty treatments as you co-create your detox course. Detox on a physical, mental, social and environmental level. Yoga Classes

I teach two different styles of Yoga: Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga as well as my own fusion of these styles.

My classes are passionate, dynamic, vibrant and challenging as we work to heal and detoxify the body and mind. I like to explore Yoga as a living art and science and integrate mediations, pranayama, mantra and most of all heart! I attempt to make my classes a moving meditation with the application of deep asana exploration, precise alignment and conscious movement.

I encourage kind compassionate patience as we flow and with krama (stages) so no-one gets left behind and I ensure there is something for everyone and get real delight in seeing people leave my classes surprised with what they have achieved.

I teach 5 classes a week in the beautiful surrounds of the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands (Nottingham Road) in my own Yoga studio and at requests for guests at the stunning Fordoun Hotel and Spa. I've taught in studios and on retreats in London, India, Sri-Lanka and Costa Rica when abroad.

With no joining fee or membership and flexible pricing you only pay for classes, immersions, workshops and challenges when you attend and not when you don't. SUPERB!
